methods in researching HIV issues as they relate to gender. She has worked
on gender-specified HIV/ STD prevention programs, intimate partner violence,
and the structural concerns of transgender people.
Moffatt,
Christopher Ph.D. Assistant Professor of Biology ( Psychology,
John Hopkins University 1994) and completed a NIH postdoctoral fellowship
in Neuroscience and Behavior at University of Massachusetts, Amherst in
1998. His currently funded research is on the regulation of reproduction
by chemosensory stimuli, particularly reproductively-inhibiting pheromones
(MBRS-SCORE Award). He coordinated a semester long research colloquium
for eight COR and five Pre-COR students.Sociology, Yale, 1999). Dr. Melendez
combines quantitative and qualitative methods in researching HIV issues
